With diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, and mental health challenges running through my own family, I knew firsthand how deeply lifestyle shapes well-being. I thought I was feeding my family well — but I still had so much to learn. So I dove in: researching nutrition, studying how food impacts the mind and body, and eventually becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist - now known as a Public Health & Wellness Advocate. From classes to coaching to one-on-one work, I found myself helping others navigate their own healing.

Then life added another chapter. My youngest child needed to go completely gluten-free and dairy-free — no guidebooks, no online experts, just a determined mom and a steep learning curve. I researched, experimented, failed, tried again, and eventually learned how to create meals that nourished instead of harmed.

That season taught me a truth I still carry every day: healing isn't optional — it's essential. And building a space of calm for your mind, body, and spirit is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

That belief led to Nutrexcellence, where I taught about chronic conditions and how nutrition could support healing. Around the same time, I began studying the Law of Attraction, mindfulness, crystals, and aromatherapy — tools that help us reconnect with our inner selves.

Eventually, that passion became The Tranquility Garden, my first wellness shop — a cozy sanctuary where people came to feel grounded, supported, and understood. When the physical store closed, the mission didn't disappear. It evolved.

XBZ was born from that evolution — a way to help people calm their minds, reconnect with themselves, and carry a pocket of peace wherever they go.

Today, I design and curate and source products that support emotional balance and mindful living: aromatherapy bracelets, sun catchers, Baoding balls, journals, healing stones, and more. Every item has a purpose, and every piece is something I've personally used on my own journey toward softness and stillness.

But XBZ isn't just a shop. It's a community — built through educational videos, breath cues, grounding practices, wellness teachings, and simple tools that help people feel better in their everyday lives.

Because wellness isn't about perfection. It's about presence. It's about finding small, meaningful moments to breathe deeper, stress less, and reconnect with who you truly are.

Bronson's journey has always been about speed, precision, and passion. As a young BMX rider, he chased adrenaline and honed his skills on the track — but after too many injuries, his mom steered him toward another sport: bowling. What started as a safer alternative quickly became a calling. He turned pro, competing at a high level, while also pursuing his entrepreneurial side by opening a BMX bike shop and vending at races.

In 2010, Bronson and his family purchased a bowling alley — a dream come true. He launched KeyBowling, offering bowlers not just lanes but support through apparel, products, and his own innovative ball cleaner, WorX. Even through tough times, including the pandemic, Bronson's ingenuity shone — he created cornhole leagues that kept the bowling alley thriving. His drive to improve the game led him to design his own cornhole bag and develop Juiced, a premium bag break-in solution.

After a roof collapse forced the business to close, Bronson and his family relocated to Pennsylvania and channeled their passion into XBZ Lifestyle. Today, he brings that same creativity, dedication, and love for games and wellness to the online world — designing products, supporting communities, and helping people play, unwind, and find balance.
